Job Description: We are looking for an inspiring self-starter with a curious mind and a can-do attitude, who understands the power of communication as a key driver to deliver better business results. This is a 1-year assignment where you will be a member of the Category Area management team and work closely with the business teams, reporting to the Communication Manager. As a Communication Partner, you will be responsible for leading and creating various communication projects, ensuring the communication process by defining, planning, executing, and following up. Additionally, you will support the business team with the process development agenda as part of our transformation journey.
Main Tasks:

In close cooperation with the Communication Manager and the communication team, deliver clear and creative communication content aligned with set goals and strategic framework.

Act as a strategic and tactical communication partner to the Category Area Logistics Services function, helping them to lead, plan, and ensure communication projects are carried out according to agreed working processes and timelines, delivering on agreed communication goals.

Develop communication materials in close collaboration with the business teams and Communication Manager/team.

Experience in leading and delivering impactful communication projects that contribute to better business results.

Relevant degree and ideally over 5 years of experience in communication, marketing, or a related field.

Appreciate a dynamic and rapidly changing business environment.

Capable of handling multiple topics and changing priorities.

Skilled writer and fluent in English.
