Your Responsibilities
As part of the ATOMIX Reception Team, you'll be the face of the studio, ensuring every visitor feels welcomed, supported, and inspired. Your responsibilities include:- Delivering first-class customer service from check-in to post-workout chats.
- Guiding customers with expert knowledge about our classes, instructors, and events.
- Handling inquiries with a smile-whether in person, by phone, or email.
- Keeping the studio in tip-top shape: folding towels, refreshing the changing rooms, and cleaning equipment.
- Supporting operational needs like managing deliveries and restocking supplies.
What you Bring to the Team
- A friendly, professional attitude with a knack for making people feel at home.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility: availability for 2-4 shifts per week (including weekdays, weekends, and holidays).
- Comfortable with early mornings (from 6:00 am) and evening shifts (until 9:45 pm).
- English proficiency is essential; German is a bonus.
