Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive both short-term and long-term business growth. Clearly define customer segmentation, targeting, and positioning for all key products to ensure flawless execution and measurable outcomes.
- Analyze market competition, trends, and customer data; perform market feasibility evaluations to enhance business opportunities and drive brand awareness.
- Complete a wide range of product marketing activities, such as seminars, exhibitions, advertising, database marketing, joint-promotional programs, and marketing collaterals, to drive demand and improve brand visibility.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and different functional teams to develop and implement new product launch plans with focus and accuracy.
- Prepare high-quality materials for product brochures, sales presentations, sales data analysis, and forecasting to support informed decision-making.
- Maintain intimate product knowledge and confidently speak with authority about product features, benefits, and applications.
- Establish and nurture strong networks and rapport with key opinion leaders within relevant therapeutic areas to improve brand credibility and influence.
- Support the sales team by assisting them in applying sales aids and medical publications effectively. Collaborate closely with the sales team, participating in calls and providing support during cases to gather customer and market insights, as well as foster relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs).
- Coordinate and follow up on inquiries and requests from the sales organization to ensure timely and effective responses.
- Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure the flawless execution of marketing initiatives, maintaining a high standard of quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams to align and integrate regional marketing activities, ensuring a cohesive and effective strategy.
- Showcase expertise in digital marketing to improve our online presence and engagement.
Qualifications:
- Degree holder in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry (less experience will be considered for the Associate Product Manager role). Prior experience in both sales and marketing is strongly preferred.
- Solid experience and knowledge in the surgical field, Obstetrics & Gynecology, or medical devices is a plus. A quick learner who is willing to go beyond their existing knowledge base.
- Self-motivated with strong communication skills, creative thinking, and a robust business sense.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and spoken, in English and Chinese.
- Proficient at working autonomously while being an outstanding teammate with a demonstrated history of success.
