Your responsibilities:
- As a member of the Corporate Communication team, create and execute autonomously comprehensive corporate communication plans and concepts that reflect the company's goals and communication strategy and meet stakeholders' expectations
- Write, edit, and distribute communication materials and produce multimedia and editorial content for our various channels
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent and effective communications across the organization
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of corporate communication strategies and initiatives
- Contribute to cross-functional communication activities where several communication capabilities come together to deliver a project, either as a team member or project owner
- Take part in the organisation of internal events, such as town halls, and other employee engagement activities
- Crisis Communication: contribute to the department's crisis communication efforts to draft communications and manage channels during emergencies
Your profile:
- Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or a related field
- 2-3 years of professional experience in corporate communications
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, content management systems, and digital communication tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications is a plus
- Strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively and autonomously
- Team player with open, positive, can-do and customer-oriented attitude
- Preferably some knowledge of and interest in aviation
- Fluent in German or French and in English, written and spoken
Location: Geneva or Wangen b. Dübendorf
When: 01.01.2025 or upon availability
Work percentage: 80-100%
