The Alumni Department of the EHL Group embodies the exciting mission of uniting a nearly century-old, true global community of alumni, bringing together over 30,000 graduates from 120 countries. Our main goal is to build strong connections between our prestigious institution and our alumni, while fostering dynamic collaborations across the entire EHL Group. Each year, more than 700 recent graduates join our ranks, bringing new energy and exceptional potential to our alumni community. Our Alumni Department is the heartbeat of this experience, driving the personal and professional growth of our alumni, while contributing to the excellence of our institution worldwide. What will you do?
Relationship Building
- Maintain and strengthen alumni engagement through their time, talent, and treasury contributions.
Database Management
- Update and track alumni information, ensuring accurate data interpretation.
Communication
- Develop and share newsletters, updates, and outreach messages.
- Create and implement a long-term event communication strategy.
Feedback Collection
- Conduct surveys and engage with the alumni community to understand their needs.
- Create value-driven initiatives to enhance engagement.
Community Management Systems
- Manage online community platforms.
- Oversee reporting and data management to support alumni activities.
School Representation
- Represent EHL’s values at alumni events, professional fairs, and in interactions with external partners.
Career Networking
- Facilitate mentorship opportunities and connect alumni with job prospects.
- Identify and address the needs of the alumni community to enhance career support.
Fundraising Support
- Support fundraising efforts by integrating objectives and introductions into regular communications.
Who you are?
- You are an EHL alumni, as this is a prerequisite for applying to this position.
- You have 10 years of professional experience, including 5 years in a similar position.
- You are a team player with strong client relations, communication, solution-based thinking, creativity, and adaptability.
- You are skilled in data analysis, computer tools, marketing, event planning, and fiscal responsibility.
- You are fluent in French and English (C1 level), with German being a plus.
