They are scaling rapidly and seeking a visionary Infrastructure Engineer to lay the foundation for robust, secure, and scalable infrastructure. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about building systems from the ground up and thriving in fast-paced startup environments.

What You'll Do:

• Architect, build, and maintain AWS-powered infrastructure to support both internal and customer-facing services.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to align on strategic objectives and develop scalable, high-impact solutions.
• Partner with talented engineers to evolve the company's infrastructure as it grows.
• Champion reliability, security, and performance by designing solutions that inspire trust.
• Take a leadership role in shaping technical strategies and mentoring team members as the organization expands.
• State of the Art tech stack in the company: Rust (a few but more and more), Solidity/ETH, TypeScript (React/Node), AWS/Docker/Kubernetes, Grafana, Prometheus etc. CI/CD pipeline and good quality & testing culture ;)

What We're Looking For:

• Proven Experience: Significant experience in architecting infrastructure on AWS, particularly in fast-scaling environments.
• Technical Mastery: Proficiency with tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform/OpenTofu, Auth0, Prometheus, Loki, and Grafana. Additional expertise or tools are always welcome!
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Hands-on, solution-driven, and enthusiastic about building robust and innovative systems.
• Leadership Skills: Strong communication and leadership abilities to inspire and guide a growing team.
