Business Engineer – E-Banking (80-100%)

What would your role be?

Join our Private Clients Business Engineering team, where you will be part of the E-Banking team overseeing the E-Banking platform.

Take on a variety of responsibilities, ranging from acting as a deputy product owner to handling technical analytics.

Understand customer needs and business challenges, refining them into detailed user stories.

Collaborate closely with developers to ensure a shared understanding of user stories and provide guidance throughout the development process.

Conduct user acceptance testing, data reporting, and data analysis.

Bring entrepreneurial thinking to strengthen innovation, enhance efficiency, and approach challenges holistically.

Work collaboratively with other platforms and teams, such as UX, core banking, and CRM/CLM, to ensure the seamless delivery of solutions.

Provide training for internal teams and actively promote the adoption of tools and processes.

Keep technical and user documentation up to date and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

What are we looking for?

Over 5 years of experience as a Business Engineer or Business Analyst in the banking industry, ideally with a focus on E-Banking.

Strong analytical thinking and data analysis skills.

Experience with client-facing applications, UX processes, and software development.

Basic programming knowledge, SQL, and ideally Avaloq AFP expertise.

A proven track record of delivering complex technical solutions on time and within budget.

A passion for improving user experiences and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

The ability to grasp complex ideas quickly and effectively communicate them to diverse audiences.

A team-oriented mindset, working collaboratively toward shared goals with the Private Clients platform teams.

Fluency in English and German (essential).
