Summary
We are searching for an innovative and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to support the build and integration of digital marketing strategies within the Advanced Repair and Reconstruction (AR&R) platform.
The best candidate for this position is a marketing professional who has a passion for interactive design, new technologies, and forward-thinking digital marketing ideas that result in a seamless user experience to drive demand and build our brands. Experience working with eCommerce websites is a crucial element of this role.
The Digital Marketing Manager has proven experience with running and optimizing digital campaigns across channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, Bing), keen understanding of marketing operations, and success with supporting web development projects. Likewise, this individual will also have knowledge in growing organic reach, online customer experience, and omnichannel advertising.
Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing, this role will work collaboratively with the AR&R digital marketing team, AR&R product managers, and our corporate marketing organization.
The Digital Marketing Manager will be a key support arm for launching a new online ordering platform, as well as collaborating on a comprehensive omnichannel marketing strategy to generate web traffic and online orders.
Additionally, someone who has experience in a variety of MarTech (Salesforce, Marketo, Adobe) will be highly effective in this role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Confirmed experience in running effective and profitable online advertising campaigns to increase user acquisition is a requirement of this position.

Work with Senior Manager to establish ongoing strategy, while handling and optimizing paid digital campaigns on all channels for multiple brands.

Alongside the digital marketing leadership team, responsible for success of the PRS eCommerce website launch through the project management of the new online ordering system development and launch for our plastic and reconstruction business, as well as handling the order process and site long-term.

Strong focus on organic digital strategy, including SEM, SEO, social media, email marketing, and website optimization.

Apply marketing campaign standard processes and find opportunities to improve the customer experience across multiple channels and tactics.

Define targeting and customer segmentation for campaign efforts across a variety of channels

Work in collaboration with the AR&R digital and global marketing teams, BU marketing communications team, and across BDX matrix organization and marketing community.
Qualifications

Bachelors required.
-
Minimum of 6 years of digital marketing experience, focused on online lead generation with a deep understanding of the online ordering and eCommerce activity, is crucial for this role.

Track record of establishing a measurably effective organic digital marketing strategy.

Marketing Technology superstar with applicable certification or experience with Adobe Suite (Adobe Experience Manager, Marketo, Adobe Analytics), SFDC, SAP Commerce Cloud.

Insight of the interconnected relationships not only between our systems, but across the whole omnichannel experience – from concept to execution.

Strong project management skills to ensure timely completion of projects and requirements. Experience with agile methodology, ticket management (JIRA), and project management software a plus.

Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and optimization to identify growth opportunities and achieve our business objectives, powered by performance marketing KPIs.

Understanding of current eCommerce and omnichannel marketing trends, strategies, and techniques.

Strong analytic skills with the ability to consume, organize, handle and present data

Ability to work and think at both the strategic and tactical levels and to collaborate and work with others in a complex environment

Confirmed experience in biotech, pharma, med-tech or health tech/digital health is preferred.
Travel

Ability to travel 10-15% of the time.
