Description

• Developing and enforcing security policies to protect the organization's information assets from threats and unauthorized access
• Conducting risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities, evaluating associated risks, and implementing strategies to safeguard critical data and systems
• Overseeing network and system security, ensuring continuous monitoring and rapid incident response
• Providing security training and awareness programs to educate employees on best practices.
• Coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
• Guiding the security team, fostering their development and expertise.

Profile

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
• A Previous managerial experience
• Expertise with SIEM (Splunk for example)
• Very good level of English - French is a plus
• Extensive experience in information security, covering both architecture and operations, with a deep understanding of security technologies, standards, and best practices
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate high-performing teams
• Proven expertise in handling security incidents and performing risk assessments
