Production Operator

Wingtra provides efficient and reliable data solutions to a variety of industries ranging from mining, construction and agriculture to humanitarian organizations, environmentalists and wildlife monitoring groups.

• Assembly of WingtraOnes for customers
• Calibration and quality control of our drones
• Gluing, sanding, drilling, labeling of parts and subassemblies
• Mounting and wiring of electronics
• Simple inventory management
• Support in other areas of production
• Assisting in the improvement of existing processes and products

• Basic technical training (e.g. EFZ electronics technician, automation technician, Polymech..) or several years of professional experience in a similar position
• Interest in working with an innovative team and rapidly changing processes and helping to shape them
• Craftsmanship and flair for precise work
• Very good communication skills in English

• 3 or more years of assembly experience of electromechanical devices
• Performance record for precise work
• Background in Lean and 5S
• Basic experience in CAD preferred Solidworks to help our Production Engineer
• Experience in soldering cables, connectors, SMD components
