We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who will play a pivotal role in ensuring we are hiring the best talent to meet our business ambitions.
In this role, you understand the impact the Recruiting function has on Roche’s ability to deliver transformative medicines to patients.
You act as a Roche ambassador in every interaction you have, embedding our values Integrity, Passion & Courage in the way you work.
You manage a portfolio of positions located in Switzerland. You strongly collaborate with hiring managers and leaders located around the globe, at all levels of seniority.
Your opportunity
You have a diverse set of activities. You:

Autonomously identify hiring strategies that serve the needs of hiring managers and of Roche as a whole. You keep abreast of market dynamics and you embed market trends in how you shape your hiring strategies. You confidently sell Roche’s value proposition with passive and active candidates.

Coach managers/leaders to turn them into great hiring managers. You partner with them to architect a solid hiring process that guarantees the best hiring decision for Roche

Utilize tech tools with grace. You process applications in a timely manner within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), you keep candidates up to date. You embed tech enhancements in your daily work

Skillfully work with all P&C stakeholders to leverage the capabilities in our network and ensure a great end to end candidate and hiring manager experience
Who You Are
We are looking for a well rounded Talent Acquisition expert determined to contribute to Roche’s ambitious goals. Throughout your career, you’ve developed a strong customer centricity, problem-solving skills and an ability to successfully lead yourself and others, in ambiguous situations.
Furthermore, you :

Are well-versed in talent attraction, sourcing and assessing. In addition, you have excellent coaching and advising skills and thus are a trusted partner to your business clients and enable them in their hiring decisions.

Work autonomously and have the dexterity to participate or lead recruiting squads across regions or globally when necessary

Are proficient in English & German
