The EHL School of Practical Arts department is responsible for delivering hands-on training in key hospitality skills, such as culinary arts, service excellence, and guest relations. It ensures that students gain practical experience in real-world settings, preparing them to meet industry standards. The school focuses on developing both technical expertise and a strong service mindset, essential for successful careers in hospitality .

The mission of the F&B Supervisor is to oversee daily operations to ensure a high standard of service and guest satisfaction. They lead and train the team, manage service flow, and maintain quality across all aspects of the dining experience. The supervisor is responsible for coordinating with the kitchen and handling guest feedback. Their mission is to create a memorable and seamless dining experience that reflects EHL’s values of excellence and hospitality.
What will you do?
- Participate in the smooth running of the service.
- Organize the setting up and setting down.
- Participate in the supervision of students.
- Be responsible for monitoring the quality of service and hygiene standards.
- Check the wine reception and storage.
- Manage the line management and supply.
Who you are?
- You have CFC or equivalent qualification and Advanced training in hospitality.
- You have 3 years of professional experience in a similar position.
- You are rigorous and detail oriented.
- You have experience in high-volume brewing.
- You are patient and effective pedagogue.
- You work efficiently and with passion.
- You are polyvalent and you adapt quickly to new situations.
- You are fluent in English (C1).
