Your Mission

• Continuous development of the overall ESG strategy and focus areas across all divisions and international locations
• Development and project management of the yearly Sustainability Report in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations and stakeholders’ expectations
• Quarterly updates for the Board of Directors and Executive Committee
• Coordination and performance monitoring of all ESG or ESG related projects and regular reporting’s to the Executive Committee
• Continuing optimization and development of ESG company ratings, incl. goal settings and coordination of mitigation projects
• Ensuring ESG compliance with supply chain laws and legislation by monitoring the latest legislation developments and changes as well as internal coordinating and Executive Committee reporting of its mitigation actions
• Project management of decarbonization actions and the fulfillment of NetZero commitments or reductions goals (e.g. Scope 3 emissions)
• Project management of several ESG projects that support the ESG strategy and improve the ESG ratings of Beyond Gravity
• Direct Reporting to the General Counsel

Your Story

• Strong business mind-set and ability to handle multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines
• Min. 5 years’ experience in ESG or sustainability senior management roles
• Knowledge of relevant ESG laws and regulation in the context of supply chain DD, reporting and carbon compensation
• Completed studies in the fields of business administration, environmental science/management, or environmental engineering
• Professional MS office knowledge
• Fluent in English – German is nice to have

Nice to have’s:

• Additional qualifications in the area of environmental sustainability ·
• Experience in machinery or related industry is a plus
• High integrity and good communication skills in a coordinative role with many different stakeholders
• Confident appearance and presentation skills in board and management meetings
• Positive “can-do-will-do” attitude
• Readiness to go the extra mile
