At Hitachi Energy our purpose is advancing a sustainable energy future for all. We bring power to our homes, schools, hospitals and factories. Join us and work with fantastic people, while learning and developing yourself on projects that have a real impact to our communities and society. Bring your passion, bring your energy, and be part of a global team that appreciates a simple truth: Diversity + Collaboration = Great Innovation
In our R&D BiMOS semiconductor chip groups at Hitachi Energy Semiconductors, we are developing faultless high-tech different semiconductor devices across difference voltage classes. Our quality products are manufactured in advanced internal and external production sites and then delivered to a wide range of customers worldwide for different applications, e.g. industrial, renewable energy, traction and E-mobility.
For our power semiconductor device group in the BiMOS department, we are looking for an outstanding R&D (Senior) Engineer with strong interpersonal skills and a considerable track record in Semiconductor devices..
Our Research and Development projects focus on developing cutting-edge IGBTs, diodes, and MOS-technologies for energy-efficient power semiconductor devices. Our interdisciplinary research approach covers all facets of power semiconductor design and processing, from specific device design to processing in a state-of-the-art R&D cleanroom facility and electrical characterization in an application-driven system environment.
