Asset Transfers Operations Specialist – 6 months

To ensure the clients' assets delivery/receipt for all the activities associated with the transfer of securities to a different financial establishment or within the Bank.

Responsabilities :

• Funds Transfer : Complete the documents required for delivery / receipt in addition to the stock transfer form. Re-registrations of assets to fund administrators and custodian banks.

• Traditional assets Transfer : Send instructions by fax, swift, cross-platform Internet
• Contact and follow up with the applicable counterparties
• Receipt of confirmations and booking into clients' accounts
• Respect the process and their implementation in relation to operational requirements and volumes as directed by the Bank

Profile :

• Education : CFC
• At least two years' experience in securities transfers
• Rigorous, meticulous and fast
• Ready to meet the challenges
• French : Mother tongue
• English : Fluent
