Field Service and Digital Solution Technical Support Engineer
( whole of Poland)
(preferable candidate location - central Poland, Warsaw)
Your main tasks :
- Coordinates and performs technical service activities of medical equipment on sites on the territory including installation, repair, diagnostics preventive maintenance, etc.
- Provides consultations and all types of technical support to final users, distributors, and other commercial partners including employees of the Company.
- Provide remote technical support channel for Business Partners ( distributors) within the CEE region
- Conducts pre-sales support with service-related information for medical devices, additional equipment, and accessories.
- Support of service sales ( Sales Representative) – new potential opportunities of service contracts.
- Actively supports Technical Service Sales Team on desired Territory (Spare parts; service contracts; training etc), promotes Spare parts and/or contracts for regular and long-term services during visits of customers and remote negotiations by phone or e-mail.
- Supports global and regional commercial programs and initiatives.
- Supports and/or leads field actions and required modifications programs.
- Supports and/or leads new product launches and end-of-life programs.
- Performs phone assistance to customers where needed.
- Ensures implementation and compliance with the requirements of the Baxter quality system, including electrical safety, and personal protective equipment, following the latest TSBs and Technical Service Documentation.
- Manage assigned car stock, spare parts, and assets (Measuring & Test Equipment).
- Ensure replacement/replenishment orders are performed timely and on purpose.
Who we are looking for?
- University degree or equivalent technical education ( engineering or information technology ).
- Integration solution experience.
- Experience as a Field Service Engineer (Medical industry preferred).
- SEP qualifications up to 1 KV are nice to have.
- Driving license cat. B.
- Strong customer orientation; ability to provide professional customer service to clients and customers.
- Great teammate with very good interpersonal skills and a flexible approach yet able to work unsupervised and under pressure.
- Ability to interpret data, use dedicated software, and read and implement service manual procedures).
- Ability to plan, coordinate, and run time efficiently.
- English written and verbal communication skills.
- Good knowledge of digital solutions (IT connectivity, basic network communication setup.
- Ability to plan, coordinate, and run-time optimally.
- Readiness to travel during the week and weekends within the region.
