About the job
As a Tech Recruitment consultant, your role will be to proactively target and headhunt passive talent, for profiles which are not easily filled with traditional recruiting methods, and build talent pools of qualified candidates ready to be hired. This includes designing creative and innovative ways of finding passive external talent for our clients strategically using internal database and/or making full use of LinkedIn, Social Media & online marketing.
Your duties will also include Identifying new clients and developing business relationships within your (really) niche market. You will proactively prospect and approach the hiring managers and HR managers to help them on recruiting the right talent.
This is a unique opportunity to develop a new niche market within our agency, you will have the chance to grow it and hire new consultants to join your team.
About you :
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- A keen eye for details and good researching skills
- Good knowledge of social media (LinkedIn, Google +, Twitter) and job boards tools
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages (Excel, Outlook, Word, Powerpoint etc..)
- Good communication skills - both oral and written
- Proven experience in recruitment or sales job
- Ability to quickly prioritize workload.
- Self-motivated, bright and enthusiastic individual with a good team work ethic.
- Fluent in German and English, knowledge in french is a plus.
- Experience / Knowledge of mechatronics/automation or another field related to Engineering is a strong bonus.
