• Strategy developer: You develop an integrated communication strategy for Switzerland and implement it operationally - online, offline and everywhere in between.
• Project conductor: You manage interdisciplinary projects, from Ricola shops to herb gardens, and harmonise internal and external stakeholders.
• Campaign master: You monitor ATL and digital campaigns - from conception to performance measurement - and turn data into tangible recommendations for action.
• Sustainability ambassador: Together with the sustainability team, you develop innovative communication approaches to bring our environmental goals to the hearts of consumers.
• Budget juggler: You manage communication budgets efficiently and responsibly, always with a clear view of the ROI.
• Brand guardian: You analyse brand performance, monitor the competition and sharpen Ricola's positioning through strategic insights.

Would you like to become Ricola's voice in Switzerland? With these strengths you will fit perfectly into our team:

• Education: You have an education in business/marketing, ideally from a university or university of applied sciences.
• Experience: You have 3-4 years of experience in a marketing or communications position and are well versed in project management.
• Communication professional: Clear words and convincing ideas are your trademark - in German, English and ideally also in French.
• Tools: You are well versed in MS Office and have a proactive approach to digital media.
• Mobility: You are willing to travel within Switzerland and occasionally travel internationally.
