We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our CEO, an innovative entrepreneur based in the heart of Geneva. This role requires a dynamic individual who can manage a variety of tasks with precision and discretion, ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO's professional and personal affairs.
Our client is a family office.
Missions
- Administrative Support: Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Handle correspondence and communications, ensuring timely responses.
- Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of projects, tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Event Coordination: Organize and manage events, both internal and external, including logistics and attendee coordination.
- Research and Reporting: Conduct research on various topics as required by the CEO and prepare detailed reports and presentations.
- Personal Assistance: Handle personal tasks and errands for the CEO, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Liaison: Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
Profil du candidat
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting senior executives.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules, including occasional evenings and weekends.
- Discretion: High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
