We are seeking a Product Management and Analysis Lead to drive the successful implementation of digital products by ensuring that business needs are deeply understood, the capabilities and methodologies to understand and meet those needs are continuously improving, and ensuring that collaboration between technical and business teams is robust. The Product Management and Analysis Lead will be key to our Group Accumulation Management digital product portfolio which supports accumulation management use cases, pricing of insurance products, and complex stochastic model execution.
In addition to working closely with our Product Owners / Managers, the Product Management and Analysis Lead will be responsible for ensuring the execution of our IT Strategy within the delivery teams. To accomplish these goals, the Product Management and Analysis Lead will lead a team of business analysts directly supporting product teams and will be responsible for the definition, and continued development, of standards and best practices.
What you will do
As a Product Management and Analysis Lead your main responsibilities will involve:

Promoting a customer-centric approach by supporting, and where necessary actively, gathering and analyzing customer feedback to drive product enhancements.

Facilitating the creation of software products for Group Accumulation Management according to business requirements including but not limited to solution discovery and implementation.

Driving continuous improvement of agile ways of working across multiple product teams.

Encouraging and supporting innovation within the team, promoting a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous process improvements.

Collaborating with Product Owners / Managers in the prioritization of business value creation and technical stability, security and scalability while optimizing for build and run costs.

Collaborating with Solution Architects, Platform Management, and Development Lead to define and implement target technical delivery landscape.

Driving transformation of technical delivery landscape to improve stability, agility, and security of digital products, ensuring technical improvements are prioritized alongside business features.

Leading and developing a team of Business Analysts, ensuring the quality, consistency, and continuous improvement of their work.

Coordinating and supporting the establishment and maintenance of Business Analysis and Operations capability best practices, standards, and expectations to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery.
What you bring
As a Product Management and Analysis Lead your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

5+ years of experience in delivery roles within the digital or technology sector, preferably with experience in 2 or more agile methodologies

Familiarity with digital product management practices (eg needs discovery, prototyping, etc…) and tools (eg Azure DevOps, GitHub)

Proven ability to develop others through constructive feedback, coaching and leading by example.

Ability to understand and work within complex systems and managing / prioritizing activities to drive improvement in those systems.

Proven ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of innovation.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.

Data led with strong problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to work within ambiguous scenarios and focus on final outcomes.

Ability to excel in a matrix environment, managing delivery through others.

Fluent written and spoken English is essential. Additional language(s) is a plus.
