EMEA Marketing Manager (Advanced Surgery)
The EMEA Marketing Manager supports the marketing team (EMEA and local) in effectively promoting its message across all channels, ensuring a full alignment with Global strategies and priorities.

What you'll be doing
- Establish, implement, manage and coordinate EMEA marketing Strategy and Plans for EMEA Baxter Advanced Surgery.
- Evaluate market potential, gather competitive intelligence, and identify specific segments and healthcare professionals where we should prioritize our efforts.
- Coordinate and develop promotional material, content for Baxter Advanced Surgery's commercial activity and other forms of communication, maintaining consistent brand messaging across focus surgical specialties, channels and geographies.
- Collaborate with external agencies, writers, marketers, and other partners to maintain Baxter presence.
- Cooperate with local marketing teams to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing initiatives, giving awareness of Best Practices to scale up to other countries.
- Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various initiatives and consumer behaviors and trends and implement research into market potential and competitive intelligence.
- Create and maintain an accurate EMEA calendar of events to deliver targeted content while monitoring budget (including Roadshows, workshops, wetlabs in META/CEEI).
- Maintain internal tools updated, all in alignment with Corporate and Divisional Strategies.
- Drive KOL collaboration across the EMEA region with particular focus on:
- Coordinate and organize KOL driven local events in WEU, CEEI and META
- Organize and coordinate Cross border KOL driven events
- Ensure a balanced engagement, by driving activities also involving CEEI and META KOLs
What you'll bring
- Proven experience in a Marketing role, ideally within the medical device or pharma industry, will be required. Previous experience in sales would be desirable.
- Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication, with the ability to collaborate with other departments.
- Good knowledge in digital tools, with a passion for staying on top of trends.
- Experience with market assessments, market trend, and market research.
- Strong planning capabilities and capacity to work on medium/long term in a structured way.
- Analytical mind and understanding of website analytics and Marketing tools.
