Technology & Operations design and integrate software applications ranging from portfolio management systems, trading platforms to banking and corporate solutions. The division is responsible for some of the Group’s key innovations while sustaining business operations and developing custodian and funds administration services.

Join the Alternative Advisors platform, part of our Technology & Operations division. Our team develops and maintains custom applications and integrates COTS packages. We are transitioning to a public cloud environment, building new data pipelines using modern cloud-native technologies and leveraging SaaS business solutions.

Position overview : We seek a skilled Tech Solution Architect to design and implement innovative technology solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients’ needs.
 

Your role

• Solution design: Translate business requirements into scalable IT solutions.


• Technical leadership: Guide development teams and lead the transition to a public cloud environment.


• System integration: Design interfaces for seamless data flow across platforms.


• Stakeholder collaboration: Understand and align technology solutions with business needs.


• Technology evaluation: Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend suitable tools.


• Documentation: Maintain architectural documentation and enforce standards.


• Platform management: Define and manage the tech platforms supporting app development.

Your profile

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT or related field.


• Experience: 10+ years as a Tech Solution Architect or similar role.


• Certifications: TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect (desirable).


• Languages: Proficiency in French and English.


• Location: Must reside in Switzerland.

Technical skills

• System architecture design.


• Software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps).


• Enterprise integration (APIs, microservices).


• Programming (Python, Java, SQL).


• Security principles


• Emerging technologies (AI, ML, blockchain).
