We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to join Packfeeder. As an Electrical Machinery Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining the electrical systems of our innovative packaging machinery, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

Job Overview
The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems for Packfeeder's machinery. This role involves ensuring the efficient operation of our packaging machines by applying electrical engineering principles and practices. The position requires both strategic and hands-on skills to troubleshoot issues, optimize machine performance, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our machinery's reliability and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Development: Create and develop electrical designs for machinery, including electrical schematics and wiring diagrams using EPLAN software.
- Quality Control: Implement and supervise quality control procedures to ensure that electrical systems meet required specifications and standards.
- Production Support: Collaborate with production teams to resolve electrical issues during manufacturing and ensure an efficient production process.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed technical documentation, including user manuals, maintenance guides, and design specifications.
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Develop maintenance programs and provide technical support for troubleshooting electrical system issues.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all designs and processes comply with relevant industrial standards and safety codes.
- Project Management: Plan and manage electrical projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Is a plus: Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Experience
- 4+ years of experience in the design and development of electrical systems, preferably in the machinery industry.
Skills:
- Spanish and English Advance.
- Strong knowledge of design software (EPLAN), programmable logic controllers (PLC), and automation systems.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Knowledge of electrical standards and regulations (IEC, UL, CSA, etc.).
- Experience in project management and strong organizational skills.
- Result-oriented with strong analytical skills for decision-making.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
