For one of our clients, we are looking for a Consolidation & Cash Management Officer FR / ENG in 100% permanent contract and based in Geneva. The collaborator will support the Portfolio Management department.
Our client is a well-established multi-family office and wealth manager in Geneva.
Description
- Integration within the structure;
- Monitoring client cash balances;
- Maintaining and improving reconciliations thought the PMS - Portfolio Management System;
- Preparing all reports for HNWI / UHNWI clients;
- Assisting the management in terms of portfolio management orders, performance reports, investment proposals and different allocations;
- Assisting the portfolio managers in various tasks and the Relationship Manager;
- Reporting to the Management;
- Link with other internal departments;
- Participation in the day to day in the office.
Profile
-
- Graduated from a Master in Finance or Economics or equivalent;
- Profile between two to five years of experience in operations in the banking industry or related companies (Family offices, IAM, etc.);
- Experience in operations, cash processing and rebalancing, support to Portfolio managers;
- Good knowledge of MS Office, banking systems and PMS - Portfolio Management Systems;
- Fluent in French and in English;
- Other language as an asset;
- Available as soon as possible or to be defined.
