We are looking for a Junior Sales as our client is expanding its Structured Products & AMC Team and is seeking a young and dynamic professional with the ambition and drive to grow in a competitive and rewarding environment.
Our client is a FINMA-regulated international securities house with offices in Zurich, Geneva, Tel Aviv, Hong Kong, and Dubai. They offer expertise in AMCs, structured products, bond brokerage, paying agent services, trading & execution, wealth & asset management, fund placement, digital assets, and private markets.
Description
Your Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard new clients, with a focus on independent asset managers, family offices, and institutional investors.
- Sales Execution: Actively promote and sell structured products and Actively Managed Certificates (AMCs).
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Support Senior Sales: Assist senior team members in managing existing books of business and in structuring deals.
- Market Expertise: Stay informed on market trends and product developments to provide insightful advice and innovative solutions.
Profile
What We're Looking For
- Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable university, ideally in finance, economics, or a related field.
- Languages: Fluency in French and English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
- Sales-Driven Personality:
- Natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about sales, client acquisition, and relationship management.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to exceed targets and build your book of business.
- Experience:
- Ideally, some sales experience or internships in financial services, wealth management, or structured products.
- Strong motivation to develop into a leading sales professional.
