Job Description – C12 role in Citi Executive Scorecards Team
Job Purpose:
An excellent opportunity for individuals seeking a career within Citigroup and more specifically within the Citi Executive Scorecards team in Finance division.
Job Background/Context:

It does business in more than 100 countries, providing consumers, corporations, governments and institutions with a broad range of financial products and services, including consumer banking and credit, corporate and investment banking, securities brokerage and wealth management.
Citi Executive Scorecards team is responsible to generate and publish scorecards for 400+ top Citi Executives and Senior Managers on a monthly basis. Citi’s Executive Scorecards are constructed to promote behaviors and outcomes which are risk balanced. Metrics aim to align business, regions and functions to Citi’s business strategy and the delivery of regulatory focused initiatives whilst holding managers to the highest standard of Ethics and Professional conduct. Resulting from a changed business environment, enhancements to Citi’s Executive Compensation process, and specific regulatory feedback, a number of changes is taking effect in the Executive Scorecards world over the coming months.

Qualification:
Education: Professional degree equivalent to Master’s Degree
Knowledge/Experience:
- Analyst with excellent finance, banking, and analytical acumen with 12-15 years of prior work experience
- Knowledge of financial ratios, risk parameters is must
- Analytical mindset including the ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to draw conclusions and assist on decision making
- Ability to work on flexible schedules to cover different time zone globally
- Good excel skills managing big data resources and advance formulas to analytical and summary results
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on monthly process of Executive Scorecard reporting process in a time-bound scenario
- Ensure quality & robustness of data by performing adequate control checks, reconciliation to ensure accurate and timely delivery
- Participate in strategic discussions internally and with stakeholders related to scorecard creation, metric attribution and data validation
- Provide status to senior levels related to Control requirements, EUC, MCA Controls implemented or enhancement
- Partnering with technology groups for various initiatives to document automation requirement, to generate efficiency, build strong control framework and simplify and automate manual process
- Identify and execute opportunities to enhance data/analytical capability and drive efficiency of the reporting processes
- Review processes and suggest/implement improvements/changes to the existing processes
- Strong documentation on controls built on process activities and transformation projects
- Effective client relationship & demand management to be able to meet the needs of various stakeholders
