Your mission:
To strengthen our Synechron Switzerland team, we are looking for Senior Project Manager experienced with SuccessFactors software solutions. It's for one of our clients, a private bank in Geneva.
Your responsibilities:
- You will provide comprehensive technical PMO leadership for the implementation of the SuccessFactors suite in the Financial industry.
- You will actively collaborate with both the internal project teams and the external implementation partner.
- You will leverage your previous implementation experience to critically evaluate decisions regarding both functional and technical elements, ensuring a high-quality implementation.
- You will work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define the project scope, and create implementation plans.
- You will assist in designing HR Operating models and optimizing HR processes as part of the implementation.
- You will coordinate the configuration of SuccessFactors modules to ensure they align with business requirements.
- You will facilitate the system integration with other legacy HR systems to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
- You will develop and maintain project documentation, monitor progress, and implement strategies for risk mitigation.
- You will provide training and support to end-users regarding SuccessFactors functionality.
Qualifications
Your profile and skills:
- You possess a Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience;
You justify a Senior Project Management and PMO leadership level of experience in the Financial industry;
You possess serious experience in implementing SuccessFactors suite, including modules such as Employee Central, Onboarding, Interview Scheduling, Data Warehouse, Time Tracking, Talent Marketplace & Skills, Employee Listening, and Case Management;
You show deep understanding of HR Operating models and HR Process design.
You have a proven track record of successfully leading a multiyear / multimillion SuccessFactors end-to-end implementation;
You are SAP certified with several years of technical expertise in configuring and customizing SuccessFactors modules as well as system integrations with legacy platforms;
You show excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders at all levels; - You possess qualities that make you responsible, structured, and detail oriented;
- You consider yourself flexible, open-minded, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team;
- You are fluent in French and English;
- You are a Swiss resident.
