Looking for a dedicated and strategic Sales Manager jewelry (H/F) with a solid background in industrial and manufacturing sales. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead and develop a high-performing sales team within a respected organization.

Our client is a key player in metal processing, our customer specializes in the development, recycling and refining of high-performance materials. Thanks to its industrial expertise and commitment to innovation, it supports demanding sectors on an international scale.

Description

  • You will develop business relations with our existing customers, both in Switzerland and internationally.
  • You will identify the needs of new customers and propose tailor-made solutions in line with our current and future industrial capabilities. You will also be responsible for identifying growth opportunities in related sectors.
  • You will manage projects in close collaboration with our teams, carrying out feasibility analyses with the Methods & Industrialization department, drawing up bids with support departments, proposing contracts, revising specifications, and monitoring product developments.
  • You will play an active role in drawing up budgets and monitoring accounts receivable.
  • You will organize and take part in industry exhibitions and seminars to raise the company's profile.
  • You will keep an eye on technological and competitive developments, so as to remain at the cutting edge of market trends.

Profile

  • You have a formation in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • You have a proven sales experience, ideally in jewelry.
  • You have a good network in the industrial and jewelry.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and can build long-term business relationships
  • You are commercial minded.
  • You enjoy being in the field and you are able to work independently.
  • You have good written and oral communication skills in English (C1) and French (B1), German and/or Italian is a plus.
