For our campus in Caux we are looking for :

We are seeking a talented and passionate Pastry Chef to join our team. If you are creative, have solid experience in pastry, and wish to work in a dynamic environment, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce and ensure a wide variety of high-quality bakery and pastry products
  • Responsible for the daily bakery and pastry production for all restaurants
  • Assist in providing practical training to students
  • Maintain strict portion control and ensure cleanliness and compliance with sanitary regulations (HACCP)
  • Develop and adapt recipes for various international cuisines, themed promotions and dietary needs

Requirements

  • CFC in pastry or similar recognised qualification
  • Good knowledge in Bakery
  • At least 5 years work experience in a similar role
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Strong International Culinary knowledge
  • Patient, maturity and leadership skills

Start date : from 19.08.2024

Swiss Nationality or C, B, L or G permit or European Nationality CE/AELE.
