Your Impact
- As a M/SM for IAM, you will join our Cybersecurity leadership team, join the Digital Identity team, drive strategic efforts to expand our client base, foster partnerships, and contribute to the overall growth trajectory.
- Advise your clients on strategic, tactical, operational and technical Digital Identity subjects (incl. IAM, PAM, IGA, Access Management, Authentication, Authorisation, etc.) such as definition of a Digital strategy, TOM, processes or target Architecture
- (Re-)design, implement and advise on configuration the solution architectures for a new or existing Digital Identity Solution .
- Cultivate a collaborative environment within a team of security experts and a global network, focusing on building strong internal and external relationships. Foster a supportive, friendly, and flexible work environment to ensure the success and well-being of our team.
- Oversee IAM and Privileged Access Management (PAM) programs, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor to our clients and being accountable for project delivery. Additionally, you will manage our partnerships with Digital Identity vendors.
- Provide consultation to clients throughout their Digital Identity program journey, covering strategic, tactical, operational, and technical Digital Identity subjects.
- Coach and develop team members on their career path, while contributing to our team growth strategy.
Your Skill Set
- 5+ years of experience in Information Security, GRC or any related domains. Having worked in consulting is considered advantageous.
- You have a deep technical understanding and hands on experience in various Digital Identity technologies such as Sailpoint, CyberArk, Saviynt, Microsoft, etc
- You have experience with integration projects including design, configuration and implementation of Digital Identity components (workflows, role models, SSO or provisioning) and have good target system knowledge (AD, MS Exchange or LDAP)
- You are familiar with the principles of IAM as well as authentication and authorisation solutions
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management and staff. Fluent in English; German and French are a plus
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Information Systems, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or another equivalent education; professional certifications (CISSP, CISM, CRISC) are a plus.
