ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
NC Consumer Engagement Executive Adria will be responsible for the constant development and performance of our digital platforms in Adria region. The role involves coordinating the deployment and improvement of digital services with an aim to engage our consumers and build long term relationship with them.
Reports to: PRRP Digital Activation Manager Adria
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Ownership of the constant development and performance of our digital platforms for Adria region
- Agency management for the deployment and improvement of digital services such as:
- E-commerce – stakeholder and project management of web platforms
- SEO – optimization of content and activities for web platforms
- Paid advertising – agency management, tracking and reporting about KPIs.
- CRM – continues improvement of communication with consumers through different channels (Hypercare, SMS, etc.)
- Creating a roadmap for automating reporting and operational metrics, enabling efficient and data-driven decision-making
- Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring their deliverables align with business objectives and quality standards.
- Controlling the budget and budgeting activities
- Ensuring the achievement of key success indicators, set by the line manager.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Education: University degree, preferably in marketing
- At least two years of working experience in the field of marketing, specifically in the deployment and development of digital services
- Strong project management skills with high self-organization and reliability
- Strong analytical skills with a passion for solving challenges and leveraging data to drive insights
- Flexibility and motivation to thrive in a dynamic market environment
- Affinity for new media and a keen interest in staying updated with the latest digital trends
- Deep understanding of both back-end and front-end processes and technologies
- Proficiency in English
