Description

  • Develop and implement customer loyalty programs.
  • Analyze customer behavior and adjust programs accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing & Agency department to integrate loyalty programs into overall marketing strategy.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of loyalty programs.

Profile

A successful Loyalty Program Coordinator should have:

  • Strong knowledge of customer engagement and loyalty strategies
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Proficiency in English. Other language skills in French or German are a plus.
  • Experience in the FMCG/ Retail sector.
  • Solid understanding of data analysis and customer behavior metrics.
