In this role, you and your global and regional team will bridge Finance and IT by translating finance requirements into our system and reporting landscape, contributing to the next growth phase. We are looking for an experienced, data-driven leader and tech enthusiast to make a real impact during the next approx. 12 months (maternity cover) and beyond!

Your Mission

  • Lead and develop the Finance Systems Team, always with a global and regional/local focus
  • Act as the primary point of contact for finance systems, liaising with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and IT teams
  • Oversee the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of our finance systems’ backbone, including ERP (D365 F&O), P2P (Nexus, Coupa), and various other financial tools
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements incl. localizations and internal policies
  • Monitor and mitigate risks associated with finance systems and data management
  • Lead and manage finance system projects, including upgrades, integrations, and new implementations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional as well as central project teams to ensure successful project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and automation within finance operations.
  • Provide training and support to finance and non-finance users to maximize system utilization and efficiency
  • Guide the finance system specialists and supporting their career development
  • Be the escalation point within finance system team, and help in prioritization of incoming tasks.
