In the role as Capital Adequacy Specialist, you will contribute to internal assessments on Leonteq’s capital situation. In addition, you will be responsible for the regulatory capital reporting for Leonteq Partners.

What you'll do
- Daily monitor Leonteq’s capital situation using an inhouse approach
- Contribute to the capital planning for the firm
- Further automate monitoring processes and implement additional controls; maintain the inhouse reporting tool, manage change requests with IT
- Prepare capital adequacy and related regulatory reports for Leonteq Partners (Basel III/ IV)
- Support the onboarding of Leonteq Partners and the implementation of related requests
- Keep track of regulatory developments by identifying and analysing relevant changes
- Maintain the vendor software installation for regulatory reporting by collaborating with inhouse IT and liaising with the software vendor
What you'll need
- Degree in finance with quantitative focus or other quantitative degree (physics, mathematics, computer science, financial mathematics, etc.)
- 4 years+ of experience in a similar role in the finance industry, ideally covering structured products
- Strong interest in capital adequacy topics where in-depth knowledge of the Basel framework is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and preference to work with complex IT systems
- Thorough understanding of derivatives and financial markets
- Willingness to analyse problems and work with considerable accurateness
- Output-driven while having high quality standards
- Proactive, dynamic, independent, and reliable personality
- Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to learn new concepts and tools
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications, particularly Excel
- Fluent in English
