Financial Business Partner (m/f/d)

For our international medical partner, Roche Diagnostics Schweiz AG based in Rotkreuz, we are looking for a qualified and motivated Financial Business Partner Tester for two years with option for extension.

The financial business partner will be responsible for establishing the financial and KPI reporting and analysis of the RIS strategic projects. Developing and tracking the monthly and annual forecasts. Preparing and presenting the projections and analyses to project teams and leadership teams. Working collaboratively with the strategy team, business stream leads and finance partners to deliver the outcomes of the project. Ensuring compliance with reporting standards.

Tasks

• Monthly financial reporting and analysis, including KPI metrics
• Providing guidance to business workstream leads on eligibility of spend to ensure compliance
• Developing and tracking the monthly and annual forecasts
• Preparing and presenting the projections and analyses to project teams and leadership teams
• Working collaboratively with the strategy team, business stream leads and finance partners to deliver the outcomes of the project (Member of project management core team)
• Ensuring compliance with reporting standards

Must haves

• Advanced degree in business or in a related field
• 5+ years of experience in finance ideally in the diagnostics industry or a related field across geographies, business functions, and roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications, particularly Excel and Google Sheets
• Proficient in ERP systems (i.e. SAP) to extract, analyze, and interpret financial data, providing actionable insights to senior management
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluency in English, German is a plus
