We are currently seeking a
As Director of Business Development & Growth, you will be the driving force behind Preciflex's expansion strategy. Your role will involve identifying high-impact business opportunities, forging strategic alliances, and expanding our presence, particularly and primarily in the medical device industry, while also exploring opportunities in other sectors identified as relevant to Preciflex’s expertise and growth potential.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a market acquisition strategy based on a deep knowledge and understanding of the target industry, leveraging industry trends and competitive analysis.
- Drive customer acquisition and sales efforts to meet, and best of all, exceed revenue and growth targets.
- Manage end-to-end customer relationships, from initial contact through the product lifecycle.
- Negotiate and secure contracts, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer feedback is integrated into R&D and product development.
- Lead marketing, communication, and event activities to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and strengthen customer relationships.
Profile
- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a highly valued, especially for candidates with an engineering background who have transitioned into business development roles.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably in a small company or startup environment.
- Extensive network and in-depth knowledge of the medical device sector; familiarity with watchmaking and luxury industries is a plus.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building lasting partnerships.
- Hands-on leadership style, capable of driving strategic outcomes in a dynamic environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the adaptability and resilience to excel in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
Languages
- Proficiency in both French and English is required.
- Knowledge of German is a strong asset.
