Recruitment takes absolutely no account of more mature profiles. Personally, I no longer reply to any advertisement even if the position corresponds to me in every way, because recruitment is only aimed at young graduates... Age discrimination should be banned

I agree with what I see on the other reviews. No response to my application.

The jobs are very interesting, you just have to accept that if you go on vacation, you don't get paid.

Far too high a margin from this company for mediocre wage and social conditions. I did 6 months and would do it again.

Everything went perfectly during my experience with Academic Work, there is nothing to improve.

Clear and easy to follow recruitment process, good contacts with my manager, very good experience in the mission company, salary paid very quickly after sending the hours report.

Hourly pay has its advantages and disadvantages...

If you want to try to reach unreachable people under any pretext, Academic Work will be there to serve you. If you want to try to match a very poorly described job, Academic Work will give you full satisfaction. If you want to receive copy/paste and non-personalized emails, Academic Work will meet your expectations perfectly.

People whose smiles and good humour unfortunately still do not succeed in hiding their incompetence. So they can do even better in terms of concealment and lack of honesty. The advertisements are so attractive that you forget to describe the position in question. The lack of transparency is almost perfect. After an enthusiastic contact (from them, I might add), you no longer exist once you have provided all the necessary documents and information. I don't know what these (our/your) documents are actually used for, but rest assured, you will never know.

Didn't have the opportunity to join the Avengers, sorry. But I wish them well in their quest for the perfect candidate.

The points to be improved are the following : - improving the relationship with the candidate (almost non-existent) - for my part, no news for several days when suddenly I have to take a logic test to define my potential as a recruiter and my ability to join their team of "superheroes" (to read them, that's what you can understand) - the logic test I took defined me as "passable" and I was finally rejected for an Account Manager position even though I had applied for a Recruitment Specialist position - the return email made it clear that I didn't meet their elitist recruitment criteria, which only takes the best of the best - I took the liberty of replying to them about the fact that I had not applied for an Account Manager position, but I never got any feedback So a little friendly advice from a recruitment professional: - create a database to keep track of the applications you receive, this will avoid giving generic negative responses to random candidates for random positions - take the time to take your own tests from time to time because apart from asking you to put triangles inside triangles and cubes inside cubes, your test does not define the ability of candidates to excel on their assignments or not - I've seen a lot of tests that made sense, but this one doesn't - even if it means being elitist, make sure that your relationship and your image match the expectations you have of your candidates No wonder your rating on jobup.ch and google is lousy.

There is not much that works in this company.

They take more than a week to view the application, and strangely enough when they decide it's in 2 seconds. Totally inconsistent, not professional at all.
