What works well?

In the administrative department, the atmosphere is good. Within each team, people are supportive and friendly.

What could be improved?

Huge problem of communication between the different departments and hierarchies. Little or no opportunity for career development within the company. No integration process or internal training at the head office. No consideration and valuing of employees. Very high turnover rate. Disappointing management, giving responsibilities to people who do not know how to manage. Lack of a real internal HR department that is interested in the employees and communicates with them. Average age 20-30 years, because social charges are cheaper. (=No salary evolution) Disappointing experience. On the other hand, possibility to do home office. Flexibility of the schedules. 5 weeks vacation.
