The mutual support between agents, object managers and some line managers is the glue that sometimes keeps teams from falling apart.
SECURITAS is no longer the flagship of Private Security in Switzerland. An apparent rigor and "military" organization guarantee of reliability and competence. The reality is different: employees are not respected (hours, salaries, career plan, ...). The upper management is completely out of touch with the realities of the field and the demands of customers. It is the men and women in the field who keep this company going. Without their involvement and the professionalism of some of them, some mandates would be lost. Everything is not black and white. But the flight of competent personnel and the absence of career prospects other than "piston" and cronyism do not serve the sustainability of this company.
