What could be improved?
I would like to share my experience with a recruiter from your company, who was blatantly unprofessional. Right from the start of our exchange, she spoke to me in a disrespectful tone. Despite my efforts to answer her questions accurately, she constantly repeated that she didn't understand me, accusing me of "jumping from one subject to another". On several occasions, I took the time to re-explain my answers, striving to be even clearer, while suggesting that she consult my CV to better follow what I was saying. However, she persisted in interrupting me, refusing to listen attentively to my explanations. Worse still, she wanted me to answer only according to her way of seeing things, without taking into account the complexity of my answers or the specificities of my field. It was obvious that she lacked knowledge of finance, which partly explained her difficulty in understanding what I had to say. On the other hand, it was also clear that she had misread my CV before calling me. What shocked me most was her condescending attitude throughout the phone conversation, as if she was doing me a favor by talking to me. It was a frustrating and demeaning experience, especially coming from someone who is supposed to represent a professional recruitment company. I sincerely hope that this situation does not recur with other candidates.
