The recruitment process, they ask me to do a half-day observation, after 12 days I follow them up by phone, nothing... then send an email nothing... Schedules are flexible and compatible with private life. But it all depends on the sector... The 6 weeks of vacation are very interesting.
What could be improved?
Management, employee integration and lack of transparency. Unfortunately, there's a great lack of professionalism at the top (management: HR, superiors) and this has a very bad influence on our direct line managers. No reality in the field, no hindsight and no consideration for beneficiaries and apprentices. The lower classes are challenged all year round, something unthinkable for those at the top, resulting in high levels of tension on a daily basis within the cooperative. It's no wonder that turnover is the order of the day at Démarche.
