What works well?

The only positive point was the team with which I worked directly, in a good mood despite the overwork of all.

What could be improved?

Employer to flee! No listening, even when the employees draw attention to the bad management, lack of organization and overload, no solution is put in place and they are told not to hesitate to take a few weeks off. Then the body says stop and give up, it's worth two big operations and while you are recovering you are fired.
