The recruitment process is ultra fast with excellent follow-up. I had a real exchange with the recruiters (more than a Q&A), the recruiters take the time to get to know you and explain the position and the issues at stake. Integration is well organized and structured with very clear information. HR and Management were really very warm and friendly, you feel integrated very quickly!

Nothing to report, I really have a very good impression of the company at the moment!

The recruitment process is fast and efficient. No long delays, no obscure prevarication. The reception and integration process is structured. One feels expected and that is rewarding. The corporate culture is entrepreneurial without being a grab bag.

If you like to be taken by the hand and are not comfortable with taking the initiative, go ahead. Publishing Factory is a young company that emphasizes autonomy and challenging the status quo.

Rather relaxed atmosphere where you feel comfortable quite quickly. All employees are accessible. The first days are very guided in order to have a well defined framework.

So far I have not noted any negative points either in the recruitment process or in the work experience.

Internal processes are very well defined and applied. The first contact and the welcome are warm, yet pragmatic, clear and concise. Transparency is also there and I was able to ask all the questions I wanted (as a Belgian, I had a lot of them).

The issue of salary claims and contractual benefits came late in the process (after the probationary day and confirmation of willingness to hire). While this has not been a problem for me, it can be more awkward when a candidate has several applications running simultaneously.

Growing company, Start-up mode. Trust given very easily by managers. Possibility of evolution with taking responsibility. Offices, environment and atmosphere are ok.

Enhance the group's image internally by promoting events. Improve the package conditions to move towards a "large group".
