Formation des Collaborateurs SIR:

Nos collaborateurs sont encadrés selon une structure hiérarchique. Durant les 3 premiers mois, ils bénéficient de 4 jours de formation intensive, d'une formation "In Situ" par nos formateurs, et d'évaluations régulières. Dans les 6 premiers mois, ils reçoivent une formation aux armes, des formations complémentaires et spécifiques, et sont évalués régulièrement pour garantir leur expertise.

The response time to my application was long, I had to send my file back several times. The person on the phone did not speak clearly, the first consideration was not very human.
