Having worked there for more than 10 years, we've seen the transition from a management that listens to its employees to a management of fear... no listening at all, a deplorable HR department (but do they really exist?), workshops in disrepair, a school where some students don't understand why they're there (and neither do we...) and a management policy that promotes incompetence!
