Best profesional experience I have had
What works well?
Great opportunity to develop yourself professionally. Good management style: empowering team members and showing interest for each member's success and well being. Good atmosphere, friendly colleages.
What could be improved?
I don't think of anything in particular. Medair is changing constantly to improve itself and best fit the beneficiaries' needs.

What works well?
- Great colleagues, very committed people, well-qualified and high professionalism - Strong emphasis on team-work for a cause, everyone contributes to the Medair mission somehow - Values are upheld, emphasized and more than just 'nice words'
What could be improved?
There is a strong emphasis on continuous improvement. Balance between wellbeing, workload and achievement of objectives is sometimes a challenge as Medair wants to address the increasing needs in the world with limited resources.

Friendly working environment and good atmosphere among colleagues. Introduction of new employee benefits. Flexible working and telecommuting.

Improved communication within the organization. Difficulty and slowness in implementing new systems and processes.

Bad working conditions, disrespectfull management
What works well?
The colleagues are nice, having great colleagues helps supporting the disrespect of the management.
What could be improved?
The management has no respect for the employees. Until the management changes I don't recommend anyone to work for Medair. Even after leaving the organisation, the disrispect continues. It took more than 6 months to get my work certificate and the only reason I got it is because I treatned them of going to prud'hommes.
