What works well?
Telecommuting and flexible working hours. Staff discounts.
What could be improved?
There are a number of reasons why I wouldn't recommend this company. The number of supervisors is disproportionate to the number of employees, creating an atmosphere of constant micromanagement. The company reorganizes almost every year, creating ongoing instability for employees. Collective redundancies take place without clear explanations, fuelling a climate of uncertainty. Finally, the question of salaries is a real black mark: there is a flagrant lack of transparency, and getting a raise feels more like an Olympic test than a fair and equitable evaluation. In short, it may be a good starting point for a first professional experience, but for a lasting career, it's best to move on.
