What works well?
The working atmosphere with most of the teams is excellent, flexible working hours are appreciated and, thanks to poor management and organization, there is a great deal of freedom in the workplace (sometimes even too much).
What could be improved?
Management is totally lacking, there is little or no organization and communication, the technical offices (mechanical and electrical) are borderline ridiculous (delays, repeated errors, no follow-up), there are virtually no prospects for advancement and salaries are going to be derisory from January 1, 2024. Big problems of "cronyism".
