  • Permanent staff recruitment: Research and selection of candidates by our consultants, according to your needs

  • Executive Search: Research and selection of executive and management profiles (direct and indirect approach), according to your needs

  • Temporary staff recruitment: Research, selection and delegation of temporary personnel for a determined or undetermined period of time, according to your needs

  • Payrolling service: Handling of the contract and all the administrative papers for the temporary collaborators you have recruited directly.

What works well?

The quality of the discussions and the attentiveness of the HR consultant. She took my expectations into account and got back to me with a suitable offer a few months later. Thanks to this firm, I was able to interview with a client, which enabled me to be put forward directly to HR, much more effective than applying via platforms like LinkedIn, which are often drowned out by hundreds of applicants.

What could be improved?

On the whole, everything went very well. I don't see any areas for improvement at the moment.

What works well?

Speed of response: application on Friday, response on Monday.

What could be improved?

Like others obviously before me last week, I received a negative reply with a totally incomprehensible reason, in this case I myself would have indicated that I did not master French. A simple glance at my CV and cover letter would have shown the opposite. In my humble opinion, either there is a problem with the submissions of applications, or they either do not look at them or they send negative answers without worrying about the adequacy of the text (in this case, they would be better off just indicating that they have selected applications that better correspond to their expectations).
