The job description is correct. But deadlines and external communication are dysfunctional.

After a very long interview, I was offered a job, but I didn't get a reply within the time limit I'd been told, the process was lengthened and the person in charge of human resources seemed to be totally out of touch with the reality on the ground. The time announced did not correspond to reality and I arrived late on my schedule for the rest of the day. Finally, I was never called back and no one was available, and I was never given an answer despite various promises. I had invested several hours of my time, but no one had the courtesy to give me the slightest answer.

The advertisements are clear, and correspond well to the position in question (in terms of tasks). The working conditions are attractive.

The recruitment process is disastrous and borderline disrespectful. - No information on what to do next - Extremely long response time - No personalized response, even after several interviews - They are not organized at all. It's even catastrophic.

Constructive collaboration, diverse project typologies, interesting themes, organizational flexibility.

Collaboration with institutions can be further improved.

The work atmosphere is constructive and collaborative. There is a sense of humor, a willingness to work, and a strong sense of professionalism.

The frequency of managerial communication is low. Internal information about our development and organization is lacking.
