The job description is correct. But deadlines and external communication are dysfunctional.
What could be improved?
After a very long interview, I was offered a job, but I didn't get a reply within the time limit I'd been told, the process was lengthened and the person in charge of human resources seemed to be totally out of touch with the reality on the ground. The time announced did not correspond to reality and I arrived late on my schedule for the rest of the day. Finally, I was never called back and no one was available, and I was never given an answer despite various promises. I had invested several hours of my time, but no one had the courtesy to give me the slightest answer.
